While there are many good products to clean the nasty and grease from your hands, I have used a system that has worked well for several years when I have a big job to do.
First, its alot harder getting the nasty and grease outta your hands after you've ground it in for hours so, I take Dawn or other simular dishwashing soap and as if I'm washing them, rub it into all the cracks until it is semi-dry. Then I use the surgical cloves with a pair of thin cotton gloves over them. I retain most of my hans fre movement and protect the surg. gloves which protect the saoped skin of my hands. Even if the surg. gloves do tear, and greasy nasty get to the skin the soap acts as a barrier. When I,m finished with hours of greay work I simply pull the gloves off, stick my hands under water and wash. You would be surprised at how "never seen grease" my hands look after their dry. No grease under the nails or cracks in my hands. Women do not like to be carressed with nasty looking hands!
For me, its just easier to prevent the grease from getting where I don't want it than to try and remove it which never works as well as prevention.
