Clark 130EN ?

ANyone have experience with the Clark 130EN mig welder? Local farm store has them on sale for 399$. Comes with rolling cart and helmet and hammer andbrush. Also has the regulator for the MIG side of it. All you need is the bottle.
I found the welder by itself n the internet for 319$ so maybe the farm store price isnt too bad with the extra stuff you get.

But the big question is.is it a decent welder for garage use and body work?!?!
