Dual nuts - question on B/O light ???

Willy-N, after bring my CC home, I found out the the dualing nuts on the back rims were std on all CCs. Also a question for you guys ! The b/o light on the drivers side above the grill, what gives with this particular light? Mine is a 41 and did not have this, but I see them from time to time. Tom @ Snake River
