Take a cold reading on the compression on the cylinders. If it were mine I would pull the head and take a look at the walls if it was stuck. You might be able to turn it now but what is the rust doing to the walls or rings in it. The bearings probley had oil on them but the cylinders could be rusted in one or two of them if a intake or exsaust was open to let moist air in while it sat that many years. Cheap insurance just to look and cost is only a head gasket and some time. Mark H.
