A radiator question....

I was wondering if antone here has ever had a custom radiator built. I really want to put this Big Block in a Flatfender (not the one above!), but I've heard theres cooling problems with the standard PW radiator and even a electric fan while running a BB. Any hot rod builders out there? Aluminum 4 or 5 core pushed way forward might work huh? What is the price on those things anyway?
