Yes, '74's & '75's Did have the 203, I had one in this Van (yeah ANOTHER project! ha!ha!) 8 lugs on this axle.
I do not think the lugs/spindles could be changed/swaped out because we are talking Dana 44 vs. Dana 60 & 70's here. Jeep did run a gm bolt pattern on some models, Full Sized Cherokee and Grand Wagoneer in those years, not sure of the track on those.
