Okay, how does door latch come out?

I started taking my doors apart today. Got the window and regulator out without any problem, only I cannont get the door latch out. Handles are out and everything is loose, but I can not get it past the window track which is welded in.

Maybe I just need to sleep on it, but any pointers would be helpful.
