Slant 6 to 318 w/ auto Torqueflite conversion help!

Just bought a 70' D-100 w/ a totally blown slant 6... want to toss it & put in a Late 318 w/ an auto tranny & console, crossmember, radiator, etc...
Anybody know how hard this will be, AND
anyone know who has a NICE, low mile, totally complete 318 & auto Torqueflite that is reasonable ? I'm in So. Cal & need a sweet engine & tranny, etc....thanks!
