What "T" case and trans are these

One of the ff I Just got has been peaced
together with non orignal parts. The Trans.
has these # C-38661 anybody know what it is?
the transfer case has these # 3876 R122
4-X-20-43

I think it is out of a 6X6 because it has
two rear output shafts anybody know what it
is out of
