Adirondack Dodge may still have N.O.S. NP420 for sale around the same price. These are the third generation transmission for the PW. 3rd and 4th are syncronized. It's a quiter transmission and easier to shift. You would need the bellhousing from the M37 to match the mounting ears and modify the floor covering to except the shift tower. Another alternative
