PW slide in Camper?? Anyone have or seen 1?

Does anyone have or has anyone seen a slide in camper that looks good in the back of a flat fender PW?

I kind of like the classic "I Love Lucy" tow behind Air Stream, but would have a real hard time storing that 40'+ beauty.

Does anyone here currently have a slide in or have pictures of one. I know that the bed size would preclude a modern unit and it would not look right anyway. Just wondering.
