"Heavy Duty" 318 ??

Am buying 318 motor out of 67-68 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup.Motor was originally in a 1 ton truck.Owner says this motor is different from standard 318 in car or pickup ie.,heavy duty.Is this true?If so, what's different?Moparnorm are you out there?
