My Carryall is running the centered differential (it came that way) I have put the 2 speed NP 200 transfercase in it (same as FF PW, it came out of a 56 PW) I have 4.89 gears. At highway speeds it is quiet and seems to run real well. I have had it up over 80 MPH several times and it is quiet. I also have a locker in the rear axle. I have about 5,000K miles on it if I remember correctly. Not a bad set up. It will make my PW a centered axle at some point.
