I just got off the phone with my local NAPA guy, who is a very good parts man. Here's what he told me:
NAPA #CA-1864 is the pressure plate you will need. CA-1323 is now an obsolete number.
NAPA #RCF-319 is the 10" clutch disc you will need. R-2499 is obsolete, and crosses over to RCF-319
NAPA #N-1087 is the throw out bearing without the sleeve.
NAPA #N-1313 throw out bearing with sleeve.
Note that the clutch and pressure plate are now remanufactured items, and are no longer available as new (from NAPA), so you may have a core charge, or return the old parts.
Please post how these parts fit, but I'll bet a Survival Guide they go right in.
Good luck,
Greg
