I did it, Marty's idea is good. I cut below the rear window because existing metal was better than the donor metal, but the long seam I made was probably much more work than patching the donor. Weld a bunch of cross braces all over the interior to keep things solid and straight. Once that skin comes off you'll have a bowl of jello. Recently an experinece body guy told me to cut the windshield posts using a ship lap joint with overlap so one piece could slide inside the other allowing for adjustment. But the rear bottom door jamb includes a brace that runs up the jamb and across the floor. Much work to remove and replace, and with the skin attached, probably not easily done since you'll have no easty access. Also seriously consider finding a replacement cab with a bad floor. Fixing a floor maybe much easier than taking a cab apart and putting it back together.
