It's a TD, VD, or WD 21 133" 1 ton 4 x 2 panel, engineering codes T 72, T 96 or T 116 respectively.
I've just spent 5 minutes looking for a nice full sized shot I had of one made for the Canadian Government, which was supposed to be a T116 but was probably an earlier one as it had the six stud disc wheels on it, can't find it though.
The frame was longer and deeper ( 6.125" )than the 1/2 ton frame, with one extra crossmember (total of six), and that one does look to have been army once, given the colour.
What makes you think it's a '45 ? The T116 was produced '41 to '47 so it's possible, but if it's an army one it is much more likely to be '42.
The 120" chassis are quite common on e-bay, Judd has one up there now under a pickup, but the 133" are a lot rarer. I'd certainly keep the body as most of the bits would be no problem (except the running boards) and it's a rare truck. It would probably be asier to put it on a full length PW frame than modify a half ton or shorter one ton frame.
