Ok, never had an old truck over the winter and it shows. Tried to start it today and it wouldn't turn over (batteries are fine). Found some ice in the fuel filter bowl cleaned that out. The fuel pump is pumping plenty of fuel, I suspect something is frozen in the carburator as no fuel seems to be getting in. So I have three questions.
1. Is it likely that the carburator is frozen?
2. How do I defrost it with out starting a fire?
3. Once I fix this problem, how to I winterize my truck?
Thanks
