The "K" in FK6 tells me it is a K-series truck which would place it from the 1957 model year. Also the serial number fits within the 1957 model year. I just noticed your post further down where you mention that it is a flatfendered Power-Wagon. If this is true, then it sounds like someone swapped out the data tag at one time. Both the 1957 2-wheel drive D100 and 4-wheel drive W100 would be conventional cab trucks and not the "flatfender" style as shown in the graphics at the top of this page.
