Will removing clip from window crank allow

I will asume that once I remove the clip I can then remove entire plastic door panel from my 1996 Ram ST P/U to access mirror post /nut.

If this is correct what type of tool do I use to remove clip on window crank?

Will I find at PeePBoy's in the "HELP" isle?
