I subscribe to this magazine...along with the PWA mag...I wasn't going to renew the mag but then when I reread it it clicked...it's basically a magazine to show techniques, etc. For instance, they rebuild a flathead 6 from teardown to testing when done. They also are rebuilding a charger and they have shown techniques for welding, body work, sanding, painting, etc. It has sections on Reader's Tips and Questions/Answers. If you are into restoring cars, it's a nice magazine (IMO).
If you want specifics towards Dodge (M-37, PW, TW, etc) go with PWA. I enjoy PWA just as much if not more. I reread those, especially "Sitting on the Tailgate"...
To summarize, it's a nice mag to get to help in the restoring process no matter what classic car or truck you are restoring.
I had to put in my two cents about PWA...great folks and great mag for the PW!
