I found a PW, whats it worth?

I have come across a PW and the man tells me it is a 41, it is 4x4 and does say dodge. The motor is said to be froze up but the rest of the drive train is there. The truck is beat up but no rust throughs that i have seen. Any idea what its worth. Does have a winch in the back, its a boom truck.
