I don't know where you're from. I don't know why you are posting photos that are not your truck(s). I do know that in Texas we use Form VTR-346, Texas Motor Vehicle Transfer Notification to avoid the problems you are describing. Where ever you are, I want you to know how sorry I am that a 'dozer ran over your head. I'm glad you are dealing with it.
