57 W100-W200s use a different thickness frame extension then the later ones, and after looking at several setups from different years, I am unsure if the holes drilled in the extensions are different from truck to truck, or year to year.
The PTO will work from any 57-67 NP201 equiped truck.
The winch, while having different numbers, will work from any W100-W200, most W300s from 57-70s(as long as it is a LU-2).
The driveshafts are used, and should be the same, 57-60 W100-W200, maybe W300(have one, but never measured).
The bumper is a 57 only item, but it is the same as the non winch models.
The crossmembers fit the same, 57-60.
I have a friend who is talking about reproducing the frame extensions, and the crossmembers.
The driveshafts can be made by a driveline shop, and the PTO/Winch are easier to get from 60s trucks.
Go here to see what info I have on winch numbers:

Good luck!
