6-speed tranny woes

Well, after many hours of work, I finally took my '93 W250 4x4 Cummins for a drive to check out the NV5600 6-speed conversion. The transmission is bad! I purchased it last year from a wrecking yard in Boise, ID out of a 1999 W350 4x4. Now they say it's been too long to get my $2500 back, so I'm stuck! I've learned a lesson, though. Always check out a used part immediately if you are not going to install it right away!

Now I am looking for another used NV5600 with the 1 1/4" input shaft. Anybody out there got one close to Washington state?
