M-37? 6X6 - What's is it & whats it worth?

I was driving down a country road this weekend and spotted what looked like a 6X6 M-37. It looked like it was in fairly good shape sheet-metal wise. I have no idea about the power train.

Does anybody know what this is, and any idea of the value? If I pursue it, that would be good info to have.
