found a PW at junkyard, whats it worth

Hey guys, Im new to this site. Im a mopar lover from way back and was walking a new yard when I spotted it. A faded yellow powerwagon. Not a M37 but the hard rounded top civilian style. Its all there. Complete flat head 6, lights, on 4 tires, all emblems,grill. The bed is homemade and junk. The whole truck is pretty soft. I dont know if its worth restoreing.
I asked the guy how much for the whole unit. $250 and its mine. I figure the drive train is worth that even if I cant restore it. What do you think. For 250 it would be neat to just have it parked in my field and look at it every morning. Should I get it or pass.
