AAA, thanks for info, i have been obsessed with the web budd centers for donors. The tire companys all used to own wheel compnays so they would have a inhouse source for ther own tires. I have got to ask for help for some blank budd centers. If one could get the centers before the 10 hole budd was stamped/pressed in it would be new breakthru for the LOOK. I have found some wheels, 9x20s at sam winer in ohio with 5/6 bolt hole power wagon pattern. Problem is they are mounted with ndt tire and too high together with the freight. Haver worn out my welcome with southwest wheel in sa on these blank donors or donor ready to weld in.. they sell cheesey new junk and donot care for off the wall stuff anymore. conctructed a pinto mudd rail with the 15 terra wheels to vw but guy has left sww now..Apparently from searching the web and rumors, the 500 ton wheel press was sold to england, but i just cannot beleive that somewhere in the us there is not a wheel stamping center machine to make the pw wheels again if one could just find somebody who knew what the scoop is/was. 9x20 5 hole pw wheels are $50 from winer but i donot know if they will be able to be removed with plasma and rewelded into a 12inch wide budd blank for the big michlins 14x20, 16x20s, any ideas i am missing on the budd web donor? I have found and lost to flood a giant file on all wheel codes stamped on wheels made in the united states. Apparently all wheels have a mfg code that is interchangable if you can break it with a mfg book, the mkf company was in Ga in think but i lost the file when water got my file at campbellton ranch cabin from flood. Every see a code book or know any wheel mkg where i could ask for a new 5 hole wide (12-15) wheel for the power wagon or custom budd look? Thanks!
