For a temporary fix u can stick wooden toothpicks in it. They will swell up and seal it sort of ok. I did that once years ago on a junker rad - lasted fer a couple years - some holes were pretty big and had 7-8 stuck in them. U gotta check water often if it still drips slow. BUT, if u got the rad out now - just get that tube plugged at a rad shop and dont waste ur time screwing around with it.
