Truck is not new to me. I rewired the entire truck over the summer. It ran fine before the rewire job but was a year ago. It has not been driven for about a year. The carb was only reassembled. Drained gas tank and gas was not dirty. Installed new gas filter. No wipers on truck. Never was.
