If it came off the 413 it would be a big block 727. I dont know how the motor home setup is but pickup truck 727's had shorter tailshafts then car 727's. Both will work you just need to resize the driveshaft.

I also had heard the 727's behind the 426 Hemi had a few added things that the "truck" versions also had where the car 727's didnt but I cannot seem to verify this.
