WDX bed mounting

Does anyone have drawings/pictures of how the bed was mounted on a WDX. I couldn't find anything in the manual. Mine has what appears to be an extra 3" wood spacer installed between the frame rail and the used-to-be bed (bed was removed and a water tank bracket made). Maybe just a close-up pix of the side of the bed.
