I'll stick with the high quality 2 part epoxy as suggested above. Labor is way to valuable to screw around with miracle products. If it sounds easy, it likely doesn't work, which is especially true when dealing with paint & prep work. I don't see them breaking out the POR15 on the Golden Gate bridge! This brings me to a thought:
I've always wondered if the men that date blonds are dumb as well? I guess they are!
