Tire cuting knife wanted, elect or manual best?

Hey i want to know which of the tire cuting knives that are sold are the best, have some low rubber on hummer rubber i want to experiment on. Anybody know which one is better, how long will it take me to cut tire with the manual vs the electric one? Help, one is $80 bucks and other is 400$ any used out there? are experienced tire siper/cutters/grovin members on this site? Please any info is helpful, need the name of manufacturer to do goggle search, i am lost in tire cave, please send tire light!
