Need ideas on homemade front/rerar dual tires

Please send pic or write up on what is necassary to run 8 wheels, 2per axle on a power wagon, How do you attach the wheels to each other? Is there a way to make your own hardware? Is it like the farmer duals setups with the tubbe and long bolts? I have 20 inches of rain in 2 weeks and hurricane is threating to hit as i write in so texas coastal plain in diaster desgination. I only am driving in 1, 2 gear off road along a flooded river bottom to try to reach my ranch! Thanks very much in advance, I would run any tire 16, 20 etc?
