The cast bracket or "hanger" that houses the bearing in which the front shaft rides, is unique to the Power Wagon. The bearing, bearing housing, oil seals, bushing, rubber isolator, and splined stub shaft (which welds to the end of the driveshaft tubing) all match those parts found on the two-piece rear driveshafts found on some of the larger Dodge trucks of the same vintage. The bracket, as mentioned befor, that attaches all of this to the Power-Wagon frame is different from its 2-wheel-drive "big truck" counterpart. It is cast in such a way as to angle the rear PTO shafts off to the driver's side of the truck in order to provide clearance to the rear differential and gas tank.
There is no "model number" to this part. I do not have the parts manuals handy to look up the part number. I have reproduced this casting in the past, and if there is enough interest, I would consider doing it again. I also have a Ford Tractor belt pulley with the hard-to-find correct 1-3/8" female spline and pressed steel pulley drum that will bolt up to the pillow block at the rear of a Power-Wagon.
If you are interested, and not in a real hurry, contact me off the Forum (I am real busy untill after the first of the year and a little slow at answering email.)
