Hi Mannyc,
Thomas Air (Pacific Scientific) makes an electric air compressor. It comes in 1/3, ½ and 2/3 HP models. It is the factory compressor on the Humvee and Hummer. I have one on my Jeep and one is planned for my Power Wagon. I mounted it on an inner fender with rubber isolators, it is a continuous duty unit and will inflate 4, 33 X 12.50 tires simultaneously in about 4-5 minutes. It also runs my ARB lockers and will run an air impact wrench.
