20 inch rims again

a good friend of mine just got a 44to47??? 1 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive truck . it has a vc nose i think its pointed . any way it is preaty well ready to be declaird dead. the 5 hole rims look the same as a pw the center hole looks the same.they are a rim with a outer look ring not the old center split suiside ones . i was told a 230 would be hard pressed to turn 700x 20 or 750x20 .how much strain would that be , or would i be better with a 1100x16. does any one make them any more
