that 20 'rare' statement was made by the seller. someone gobbled it up hook line and
sinker.
by the time the buyer gets it, finds the missing parts, and refurbs the unit to be a
safe (no old farm type equipment is safe)
working unit he/she will probably have close to a 3k investment
