I have successfully setup a safety switch using a NAPA OP6624 oil pressure switch. I installed the switch in the 1/8 tube at the connector used to connect the engine tube and the oil gauge tube. The engine starts right up and when stalled (cold engine) takes about 5-10 seconds for the system to de-pressure and stop the pump. Once the engine is up to operating temperature, it takes about 3 seconds for the pump to stop. I have re-illustrated the wiring diagrams in the parts interchange file to reflect how to do it and sent the file to Joe for posting. It will be version 2.4. It's basically a plug in and modification to your wiring. Here are the parts you need:
1-Oil pressure Switch - NAPA OP6624
1-552x3 Fitting
1-252x3 Fitting
Total cost less than $15.00
