Marvin, if this is indeed a max wedge rather than a regular 413, you will HATE it in a PW. It is like hooking a racehorse to a plow. A 413 max wedge is a high RPM high compression (11 to 1 or 13.5 to 1) engine where everything happens between 4,400 & 5,600 RPM. A regular 413 has the happenings down around 2,800 to 4,600 RPM. The point being, you'd have $15,000 engine, 2-4 MPG (on a good day) on gas you can't find (110+ octane leaded) for a truck that never got into the power band in normal driving unless you're running it in low range. If this is a max wedge, put it up on e-bay and buy two more PW's and a built 440
