Having a beautifull morning working on a PW windshield frame. Make a long story short, broken glass, klutz, in a hurry... etc... You know it's bad when a gash is so deep it DONT bleed right away, and it looks like a T-bone steak inside! Regardless, I got 5 stiches at the hospital, and 10 days off work. My arm was still bleeding, so my wife put 3 more stiches in for me before the local wore off (God bless her medic training!) Luckily no tendon damage. Could it have been prevented? Yes, of course. Folks, please be safe and smart when your working on your old PW. Always wear gloves (I was), always wear glasses (I was), and always step back and look at the big picture!
If I had cut a milimeter to the medial side of my wrist, I would be on LTD or maby have to find a new job. At the very least I would have to learn to write with my other paw.

Try and drive a crashbox truck with only one paw, now that would be a good rally event!
