77' powerwagon w/440c.i. worth anything?

hello, I have a 1977 custom 200 with a factory 440 and was wondering if they are worth keeping and doing body work on or should I sell it for what ever I can? Body is rough but it can pull down trees! It has a factory lift under it, 31" tires and $1200 worth of work in the front end (steering and spindle work)I think I would need a cab and front clip but could save the bed.

what would you do?
