Help with Cowl Vent Reassembly, Please

Ok Guys -

I disassembled the vent wing windows and didn't write down how all the parts went.

I *think* the sequence is (from bottom to top)

a nut,
a spring,
a steel "square" shaped washer with a square hole,
2 thin brass washers,
the metal frame loop,
a steel cam lobe shaped washer with a square hole,
the metal frame

Maybe this is not right at all; heavens knows who had it apart and put it back together last time.

My memory fails on which steel washer is which and if they have any specific orientation requirements. None are obvious to me this evening.
