Hi,

Anyone see the writeup about this? A former tug captain described the whole deal, said he was the previous tug under the bridge before the incident. I 'think' I saw it here as a "cut&paste" sort of thing from a boat mailing list.
I'd like to see the writeup again if anyone knows where it's at.
