Lockers and T/C question

I need a locker for the rearend in a WC51. This is the centered dif. Who, where, what brand, how much etc.

Also, has anyone put a dual speed T/C from a PW into a WC. Looks like I may have to remove the crossmember that is between the tranny and t/c. May also have to shorten the rear driveshaft. I know that I'll have to take the centered driveshaft yoke pieces off the single speed and put on the dual speed, but are there any other problems I have'nt thought of? I have several PW parts trucks so parts are not an issue.
