Dualmatic Hubs ?

Just started looking over my "new" 58 Powergiant W200 and noticed it has "Dualmatic" locking hubs. I don't know anything about these. Are they worth saving or is it best to replace them? Where would I find rebuild parts for them? If I replace them, what replacement is recommended. Thanks
