pto winch question

I have a small Ramsey PTO winch. How can I identify the model of this winch?

If it were mounted on the front of a vehicle, the driveshaft is on the passenger side. I would like to know if it is possible to remove and reverse the worm gear shaft so it can be mounted with the driveshaft on the driver's side of the vehicle?
