I have to agree with the concensus here , that good packaging makes all the difference.
True some of these outfits could ruin a brand new anvil with a rubber hammer.But the vast majority that I deal with are very competent. I recieve a lot of parts in my shop from UPS and others every day, some quite fragile. With very few exceptions any damage has been the result of poor packaging.
