I always wondered if you replaced the PW 1 ton springs with a set of 3/4 ton WC springs if it would ride a bit better, or at least not send you into orbit when go across a railroad crossing. I know the stack isnt as tall but you could put a spacer in there. I've ridden in a PW with rear shocks and did'nt notice any difference in the ride. Just a thought since you may have to replace both sides.
