Power Giant in Eddie Murphy movie "Metro"

Last night ABC showed the Eddie Murphy movie "Metro". He plays a San Fransisco cop and drives a Power Giant. It says Power Wagon on the hood but it doesn't have a front drive axle! I guess someone "customized" it for city use.
